Sales Policy
every sale as smooth as possible.

  • Leander Farm's Rabbitry(LFR) reserves the right to keep any animal or
    terminate a sale at any time. This is the only time we will refund a deposit
  • We will deliver rabbits to any show that we plan on attending.
  • We prefer that the buyer arranges to pick up their rabbits. All shipping
    expenses will be incurred by the buyer and paid in advance.
  • Rabbits do not leave LFR until they are at least 6 weeks old.
  • We do not guarantee any animals fertility, any animal indicated as
    "proven brood" only reflects our success with a rabbit.
  • We do not provide a stud service.
  • Brood quality animals have traits favorable for a breeding program but
    may not be showable at this time.
  • All animals are healthy and free of illness at time of sale
  • LFR is not responsible for any illness caused by travel stress or possible
    exposure at show facilities
  • LFR will NOT be responsible for any vet bills.
  • The sex of the animal is to be verified by the buyer at time of pick up.
  • A non-binding reservation list is kept to ensure request are filled on a
    first come first serve basis. Email to be added to this list.
  • A 50% deposit will hold a rabbit until the agreed pick up date.
  • We have the right to forfeit all deposits if the buyer fails to pick up their
    animal on the agreed date. We do not have the space to hold your rabbit
    for an extended time.
  • Once we have confirmed a sale, your deposit must reach us within 10
    days.
  • All Purebred Lionheads come with a Pedigree unless otherwise noted.
